Developing: Shelter In Place Order Issued In Lower Paxton Due To Barricaded Gunman

There is a barricaded gunman on Manyunk Road near Pennswood Apartments, say area police.

Police are working to deescalate the situation.

In an effort to keep residents safe the police ask that all people in the area shelter in place until the situation has been resolved.
